Whether we want to believe it or not, we become our parents and often repeat the same patterns in life and love.  For some, this can be very healthy while for others this can lead down a road of unhealthy relationships, lack of clarity on how to love, and further actions of self-sabotage.  In recognition of Mental Health Awareness month, in this episode we're discussing how the past can influence your current love life and how to break unhealthy cycles.
