Did you know in the end there will actually be 2 Final Judgements from God? The one we all know about - will judge your salvation (if you believed and accepted Christ as your Savior or not). The other you might not know about, and is different from the "salvation judgement". It's based on your WORDS, DEEDS, and ATTITUDES. So, everything you've ever said, done, and thought will be put through the Refiner's Fire. And yes, believers will have to go through this as well!
