No, the turning of the water into wine was only witnessed by a few, Mary, the six brand new disciples, and the servants who dipped the wine out of the large stone pots. Of those few that witnessed it, it was the disciples for whom the miracle was meant. Seeing it, they believed, and believing they followed and changed the world.
