It is easy to think if there is something I “can do” to offset the impact of my suffering, then it is something I “should have been doing” all along.In order to help you avoid this mindset, we will arrange the strategies for combatting the impact of your suffering around the three areas of symptoms most common to the post-traumatic experience.
