Mimi Tompkins, her experience piloting and landing a 1988 Aloha Airlines flight after a large section of the roof ripped off at 24,000 feet led to a PTSD diagnosis. She has since spearheaded efforts to develop a standardized response to airline personnel following a disaster. She talks to host Dr. Larry Kaskel about the processes that are in place now that were not in place at the time of the disaster she experienced in 1988.
