My guest for today is Tristan “Siggy” Miller, who blogs about asexuality, atheism, and skepticism on his blog A Trivial Knot. He is also the founder and one of the contributors of The Asexual Agenda. Today we’ll be talking about his journey, asexuality, skepticism, and how it all intersects. This interview comes right at the tail end of Asexual Awareness Week. When it comes to the LGBTQIAA community, there’s so much focus on the L and G that people tend to forget the rest of the letters. In fact, some people, like Dan Savage, wonder if asexuals should be included in the community since asexuals don’t experience sexual attraction. I say we need to fix this, and that’s why I invited Siggy on the show. After all, this podcast is about the intersection of social justice and secular humanism.
