My guest for today is Yasmine Mohammed, co-host of the Secular Jihadists from the Middle East podcast. She grew up in Canada in an extremely conservative Muslim family, and was in an arranged marriage with an Al-Qaeda agent. She escaped both the marriage and Islam, and her memoir about her journey, “From Al-Qaeda to Atheism,” will be released this December.
