As November’s election gets closer, Northern California Public Media has been exploring some of the initiatives that will be on the ballot. But today we’re also taking a look into the voting process itself. It’s going to be a bit different than normal because all Californians will be getting a mail-in ballot as part of the effort to stop the spread of COVID-19.
