Episode 10: Does the Religious Right Have a Right to Debate?

This week on the podcast I take a look at free speech rights of the religious. Do the religious have a right to engage in political debate? Or should they keep their opinion to themselves? Lately on social media I keep getting into debates where I hear comments like this: Religious people can be individually religious. They can NOT impose their ridiculous personal belief systems on others. No one is calling for those people who MUST have the psychological crutch of religion to maintain their cowardly existence in a sane, civilized manner to leave that religion. Simply keep your delusional beliefs to yourself. Exercise your civil rights only to the extent of where other people's civil rights begin. Do not attempt to force your delusional beliefs on others who do not need your superstition to maintain sanity. I have a big problem with words like "MORAL" ,because individual rights should never be restricted by other people's moral beliefs.   These sort of comments seemed to be based on the foll
