  Stay Focused and Stay Engaged orYou Will Lose Interest and MomentumThis last couple of weeks have been so tough for me for so many reasons. One, as you may know, I'm no longer with my family. They are on the mainland and I'm out here in the middle of the Pacific. So that's hare enough. I thought that when I got back from relocating my family, I would get so much done because I would have much more time on my hands. Well, I do have more time on my hands. But that's part of the problem. This right here is why we put time constraints on ourselves. We can get more done is less time because we have to focus and use our time wisely. Dang, why didn't I think of that before I recorded the podcast. I guess this is why I should wright these out before I start talking. Note to self. Anyway, now I have to get back on track. Now I have to create a new schedule and routine. It's not easy at all. But it's the start of amazing things. I have to start journalling again as well. That makes a huge difference in my day. W
