Rich Smith and Phil Keeler cover the official opening of the pioneering Purley Festival speaking with Graham Bass, the Mayor of Croydon as he officially opens the Festival to over 500 children and adults at one of Croydon's top education centres, Riddlesdown Collegiate. With feedback from students, Charlotte Saunders, Head of Creative and Performing Arts College, Graham Smith, Collegiate Principal and two of the Festival organisers, Ian Harris and Fiona Lipscombe.
