Thank you for being here.   If you don't know by now I am Adam, The Gym Starter and I wanted to take this moment to do something a little bit different.   As it's 2021, and I have landed in Australia looking outward on my new future I am feeling very reflective and it made me want to record and talk to you about who I am and how I ended up being The Gym Starter.  I try not to talk about myself too much, as I have always felt it becomes self-indulgent, but I think to not share this story with you is to do you a disservice in understanding why I have my approach to how I try and help people, and hopefully guide you as your future develops.
