Powerful Parenting For Today's Kids

This episode was inspired by watching my son's volleyball match against a team that was not nearly as talented as his team. I watched the sportsmanship displayed by him and his teammates and wanted to talk about what qualities we should be instilling in our young athletes, as parents and as coaches. As a parent of a young athlete for the past 15 years as well as a soccer coach, I have seen the best and worst displays in youth sports.
