Working together, Mindshare and John Walter Thompson, have produced a report investigating the landscape of voice recognition technology and how this will come to shape our day-to-day in the years to come. They used both quantitative and qualitative research methods to build up a picture of how people currently view and ultise voice technology; and then hypothesize how this may shape as the technology develops. Today’s panel on the future of voice will be led by BBC Click’s LJ Rich.
