If you tuned in to my latest episode you know how tough this time has been for me, the biggest thing for anyone with a mental illness is support and when we don’t have that it definitely doesn’t make things easier, in this episode I give you my take on how I’m feeling when it comes to having support and people around you who love and care end won’t leave. This is a touchy topic for me right now and I know I said I was taking a break however I can’t let everyone down and still want to help someone out there that is just like me and struggling.
