The 90% solution, some guy called 'Pareto' and why the best air combat pilots are often seen as the laziest.It became apparent to me during my last tour that a lot of the effort that I put into my work was inefficient. In the military we have to be as efficient as possible because we work with taxpayer's money and there is a lot of work to be done.
