Women, and particularly women of color, get lumbered with most of the office housework. Stuff like ordering lunch, clearing up after a meeting, or sending out meeting notes. But office housework is also the unexciting stuff organizations need to get done - necessary, humdrum tasks that won't burnish your resume. Women disproportionately take on those tasks.
