Today we’re launching our second annual pride month celebration. This episode is especially important for a few reasons. One of them being, this week marks one year since I came out as transgender here on the podcast. It’s also very important to me because we were joined by Amanda Jette Knox to talk about trans exclusion in the LGBT community. Amanda is an award-winning writer, LGBTQ advocate and public speaker from Ottawa, Canada. Her work has been featured in both national and international publications, including O Magazine, Chatelaine (SHAT-uh-lane), and Upworthy.
