Going Deeper Bible Studies

This is the first message in a series on Studying The Bible and why this discipline is so critically essential to walking with God. If you lack motivation to read the Word or be diligent, I promise this will motivate you! If your regular Bible Study is going through a popular program, like: “Read your Bible in 365 days Plan” then you are certainly getting some milk everyday, but you are seriously missing the meat that comes from first and foremost, reading your Bible as a pleasure rather than a task to achieve for the day and secondly, you are likely misunderstanding many truths because much of what you are reading is out of context due to the little snippets here and there and jumping rapidly all over the scriptures. You’d be spiritually better off to spend one day a week for an hour or so, and read an entire book of the New or Old Testament, rather than skipping all over the place for 15 minutes a day.
