Today, let's focus on breathing. Sometimes we need to stop, breathe, and remember - God's grace is enough.  As we are trusting God,  life keeps going with all of its variations. When we are lost in the sauce, it's prime opportunity to get swept away by the deluge. Through it all, we must take our time to refocus and align with the more significant impact of what we experience. And, in this thought, we must rest:  God is sufficient for everything we face.
