Today we talked about the first agreement and Don Miguel ruiz's book The Four Agreements. The First Agreement is the agreement to be impeccable with your word. And to be impeccable means to be without sin. And we are sitting against ourselves when we gossiped about other people or were we self reject ourselves. Therefore, this is one of the hardest agreements to break because it has been embedded in us since our birth.
