It's become part of Korea's culture because everyone wants to be beautiful, they want to enhance their looks, everyone has a complex about themselves. The duo think Koreans worry too much about what other people think; they're very self-conscious. So many tourists come to Korea for cosmetics too. Celebrities get surgery because they want to look better on TV.  So many people get surgery now, the boys worry one day everyone will look the same. The culture around beauty has changed.
