Toms River (N.J.) North cornerback Bryce Watts was the second verbal commitment to Rutgers and coach Chris Ash. Watts, whose Rutgers ties date back to the early Greg Schiano days, spoke with Scarlet Report aboout why he chose the Scarlet Knights. Watts ranks as a three-star athlete in the Scout 2017 rankings, and projects to play cornerback for Ash in 2017.
