Kettlebells4kids: Shiloh's Amazing Mission to Help Homeless Kids in America

Shiloh began the CrossFit kids program at 7 years old in March of 2013 at CrossFit Free in Salem, NH, that summer he attended the Northeast Regionals and has been hooked ever since. In 2014 Shiloh began Olympic style weightlifting, with Coach Brandon Petersen, after watching the LiveFree Lifting team compete at The Atlantic States Championships. Since then he has competed on the Local and National level and earned three silver medals at the 2015 USAW Youth National Championships in Minneapolis, MN. At the 2015 East Regionals in Hartford, CT Shiloh met the people from Kettlebells4kids and was impacted by the fact that the average age of a homeless PERSON in America is 9 years old, at the time he was 9 and couldn’t fathom how that was possible. He wanted to be involved in solving this problem so we contacted Amie Turrill Owens the founder and he began helping raise funds and awareness.
