Josh began competing in 2006. I remember being so excited for him! And still to this day, I still get as excited as I did his very first show. I get as excited (maybe even more) as he does. I enjoy helping him stay focused and helping him prep for each competition. Josh has competed in over 20 shows over the past 10 years and I have never missed a show! Josh has accomplished 11 class wins, including 3 overall wins. In 2014 Josh earned his pro card in Men's Physique, and in 2016, he earned his pro card in Bodybuilding. Meshack has been competing since he was 20 starting working out with his brother at age 16.
