Film and TV star Manny Hernandez is best known for his work on "Joey".    Hernandez is also known for his stint on "Burn Notice", and the films "Shutter" with Joshua Jackson and "Bottom's Up" with Paris Hilton.   Hernandez was born in Tijuana Mexico and came to the US at four and didn't start acting until about thirteen years ago."
