**Mastered for audio only listeners** In this episode I give you an update on my ongoing recovery for my meniscus tear injury. In addition to discussing my opinion on the adequate amount of cardiovascular training you need to do in order to burn fat while retaining as much of that precious muscle mass as possible. Going on to give my personal advice for those who are looking into a career as a personal trainer and those who have just begun their journey in the fitness industry as a PT.
