After weeks of extraordinary rain, the final of the preseason District League Fraternity Cup between Fernhill and Coniston was played on a sunbathed Memorial Park. The clash between two of District League's strongest sides was decided by a single goal by Andrew Breslin with eight minutes on the clock. After the match, I caught up with the two coaches for Football South Coast. First, the victrouos Fernhill coach Dan McGoldrick followed by Willy Alarcon of Coniston.
