What happened yesterday? Let's explore Wednesday 6th June... a day that was, on the scale of movement achieved towards goals (-5 to 5), would be a solid 0.5. Did some front-end web development, ate far too many doughnuts, had my fortnightly cheat day... eatings lots of nuts & legumes & vegetables, experienced a disappeared evening, gut microbiomes, and thoughts on best ways to learn languages.
