A look at #MeToo from a Guernsey perspective with local lawyer Rachel Michelle: The global #MeToo campaign and Time’s Up, have been so big over the last few months. I’ve been finding it impossible to keep up with the daily flood of information. I find myself seesawing between, “This is fantastic. I’m really with this,” and the, “Hmm, I’m not so sure. What’s the backlash going to be? Are we going too far?” The one thing that I know for certain is whilst there’s so much attention out there in the global media, that I’ve not heard a single conversation in the media locally here in Guernsey.
