It is almost as if the calendar speeds up. Empty days become full, there seems to be not enough hours to get things done. Thanksgiving is on the way and quicker than you can say "gobble gobble" we are counting down the days to Christmas. The activity and hectic pace isn't bad...but it is very easy to get buried and overwhelmed. Stress, anxiety, depression, and feeling isolated can happen if we allow the pace to get the best of us and bottom us out.
