Pamela is a registered dietician and holds a PhD in nutrition, and lives and works with clients in Toronto, Canada. She’s also worked in the field of nutrition all over the planet, including UNICEF and the World Food Program. She’s a mom of 4, an athlete, and fellow fiber fanatic.
