Jayne Marks, Vice President, Global Publishing, Wolters Kluwer Health is interviewed by Tom Gilson and Albert Joy in November 2016 at the 2016 Charleston Conference in Charleston, South Carolina. Jayne offers several suggestions of how publishers might assist authors, editors, and reviewers in navigating the publishing process. How librarians can assist is also discussed.
