On Wednesday’s Mark Levin Show, in the spirit of George Wallace, Democrats in Virginia disenfranchised millions of voters through a misleading referendum on representation, which passed in a Democrat-majority state where most Democrats voted against Republicans having any seats. But the Tazewell Circuit Court just ruled the referendum unconstitutional on two grounds: the ballot language was utterly misleading and the legislature’s vote to place it on the ballot violated state law. The judge issued an injunction blocking certification and denied a stay, with a final order forthcoming and immediate appeal expected to the Virginia Supreme Court. Ken Cuccinelli calls in and explains the Circuit Court’s decision. There are four significant state constitutional violations, any one of which could invalidate the referendum or the resulting map, as challengers only need to prove one flaw while defenders must win on all four.  Also, the Southern Poverty Law Center has targeted and maligned traditional conservatives for
