FUCK! (I never swear on social media but FUCK CANCER.) What is there to say about Pete Kastanes of Vanished Chicagoland that hasn't already been said. I first started seeing his selfies on the group and absolutely loved his confidence. He just had the "It Factor."And he represents everything beautiful about Chicago and the Chicagoland area. Pete and I got food last May and he was talking about getting his visa and going to Greece.I'm so mad at the universe that he isn't going to be able to do it. I'm trying to hold back my tears, but he was such an amazing guy. He graciously called into my show a year ago and we instantly connected and became friends.Such an amazing soul who would do anything for his friends. I could keep typing over and over about how much I loved, respected, and adored Pete.I'm so raw and numb right now, I am sending love to the Kastanes family, the Vanished Chicagoland pages, and anyone who he came into contact with. We need more people like Pete in the world and I will do everything I can
