When you experience severe, horrific, terrible grievances, a hug is not going to cut it. We have accepted bad theology and lies from the enemy about how honest we can or can’t be with God. We see friends fall away from the faith because no one can answer their questions or comfort them when they have lost EVERYTHING. But there is a hard, ugly truth we need to come to know: God wants you to bring your COMPLETE HONESTY to Him. He wants you to tell Him you don’t understand, you aren’t fine, that you’re mad at Him, and that you don’t understand why He has allowed every awful thing you’re facing right now.
