This week on North Port Now, we’re covering important road work, new ways to engage with the City and the latest updates from the City Commission.Construction is underway on North Cranberry Boulevard between Lucaya Avenue and Barry Road, where crews are using Full Depth Reclamation to rebuild and strengthen the road’s foundation after years of wear and damage from Hurricane Ian. The project is expected to take about a month, with lane shifts and reduced speeds in the area.
