The coded signal was sent out following the death of Iranian Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei on Feb. 28, with the message appearing to hold instructions for “covert operatives or sleeper assets.”  The aircraft spent nearly two hours making mock landings at the Fresno Yosemite International Airport, according to observers.
