In this episode, Matt and I share our experience as 30 year olds with minor ailments we did not see coming this quickly in life. In other words, we wish to share our wisdom and discuss things they dont tell you about when you hit the big 3-0. Of course, the intention here isn't to make this a 'woe is me' podcast, we merely sought to raise awareness and hope that others can find things to relate to one way or another.
