Episode #34: Inspiration:   Today's Angel Card Word of the Day is "Inspiration." Do you find inspiration or does it find you? Inspiration is like a spark that goes off within you and ignites a connection. This spark comes when you are not actively looking for it.  Influence and support can feel like inspiration.                 Energy influences energy and because of this, inspiration may come out of nowhere. It is best to be ready to receive it. Trying to manufacture inspiration may backfire as it can reflect how your nervous system is operating in a sense of stress or urgency. Stillness and presence is key, being ready to be receptive to those sparks within time of boredom -in daily life, not only meditation.
