Welcome Mixtape #254 by Calatrava Calatrava is a DJ and music producer whose sound moves through slow techno, deep, and downtempo, defined by atmospheric textures and hypnotic, immersive rhythms. His approach is deeply influenced by the Leveldva project and the eclectic, forward-thinking aesthetic of Fusion Festival. He began his journey in Moscow, where he honed his craft through a series of private events. During this formative period, Calatrava shaped his musical identity by exploring minimal techno, house, and downtempo, developing a refined sensitivity to mood, space, and dancefloor energy. In 2022, he relocated to Tulum, Mexico, marking a new chapter in his artistic evolution. Shortly after arriving, he co-founded EXO, a downtempo event series that quickly established itself as a key presence in the local scene.
