As a coach dedicated to empowering entrepreneurs and leaders, my journey began with a pivotal personal experience, which years later turned into my passion for helping others build resiliency and confidence. When I was growing up, I used to struggle a lot with low self-esteem and was often labeled as 'the weak one.' Little did I know, the decision to join a 3-month Outward Bound program at age 21 would profoundly impact the rest of my life. This program tested my limits, it really pushed me and, more importantly, became a major turning point for my physical and emotional growth. At the end of the first day, after an extremely challenging experience, that started to label me as “the weak one” again, I was in a desperate search to find a way to cope with tough situations.
