John Paul Miller, a South Carolina pastor, whose wife, Mica Miller, died by suicide last year after she filed for divorce, has been federally indicted after being accused of posting her nude photo online and stalking her before her death.  Miller, 46, is charged with felony charges of cyberstalking and making false statements to federal investigators, according to authorities.
