The acclaimed fine art photographer and photojournalist published several photo books while still in undergraduate school. "Project 504-907" contrasted his native New Orleans with Fairbanks, Alaska, where he earned an MFA in photography. Now pursuing a PhD in anthropology, he's conducting a series of interviews with local musicians concerning the state of the scene pre- and post-Katrina.
