Whether you’re in the midst of a major life transition or considering a fresh start - I want to remind you that the messy middle that comes along with this kind of shift, requires a lot of self-kindness. One great way to begin to invite in more kindness with yourself is to be curious. To allow for questions like "what if" to exist and begin to lead the way. I talk about taking bold action in this episode - but I want to think of this as "curious & creative action". What answers are coming up when you ask yourself "what if?"
