End of the Old Year and beginning of the New Year year update Thinking Outside of the Box. We talk about some exciting new directions that were going here at T double Oh! TB  (Thinking Outside of the Box,)  and extend an invitation to you, dear listener, to participate! Again I thank you for being here,  it's you, that inspires each and every episode of this show. We strive to come up with material that challenges you and challenges me to open up and consider new ways of thinking and new avenues for solving problems. In the past we've done shows on the on the Science of Happiness on the Science Behind the Power of Beliefs, and how a belief can actually change reality. Not just yours, but mine and everybody's. We also have had guests emphasizing Holistic Health and "out-of-the-box" ways of thinking of nutrition, exercise and health practices. As I said, this episode is an end of the year wrapup. In this show we will be repeating a conversation I had with Kristan Mico on the Trans
