FEAR!  It's only in our minds!  It can paralyze us, make us sick, drive us literally crazy... and we are the only one's how can learn to master it!  No one can take care of your fears but you.  Once you understand fear, you can start getting clues on how to manage the key factors that produce it, in order to minimize it. We can all do this!  I have started analyzing my fears and to be honest... it's not that scary when you say it out loud... what's the worst that could happen if... 99% of the time, it's not worth the holding back.
