It's Evolution Time - Podcast

Accepting external judgements is a difficult thing to do... Often people will project their fears on others, but it is important not to take those fears and insecurities as our own!  Personally, I have refrained myself way to often in my life because of external judgments... or was it rather my perception of the judgements that I thought people would have that refrained me!?!?   I have recently observed that I had a tendency to put more emphasis on the negative feedback that I get from people, instead of building on the positive ones... That time is over!!  It's Evolution Time!! Random Podcaster
