This may not be something we always think about, however one thing I've learnt and realised is that who you surround yourself with makes a huge difference in your life. Its a FACT! As we grow, develop, change or even 'disrupt', whether its in life in general or business, some people around us may not be 'Aligned' with you which can cause friction. This is normal!
