We had an awesome Thankful Thursday!!!!  On a day for me has normally been a tough day because my oldest brother passed on this day 2 years ago, and on top of that 6 months prior my father had just passed...I feel a new energy to continue what I've been called to do and take it to a new level.  I'm grateful on a thankful Thursday for that!  We had great calls, great music, Coach Carla blessed us with the conclusion of self-care and how health and wellness come when you take care of yourself...enjoy today's podcast!
